Tooling

To optimize the project management process, I use Jira for issue and project tracking. Jira provides a powerful set of tools that help me manage tasks and closely monitor project progress.

With a tool like Jira, I can set priorities, assign tasks, and track the progress of each task in a structured way. This tool contributes to a transparent workflow and efficient management of project tasks, which is essential for achieving project goals.
